I’m an Army veteran, Michigan Master Certified Technician and the owner of Black Cat Automotive.
I’ve been in the automotive industry since 2008, with experience spanning hands-on repair, service, parts and automotive management. I’m a natural puzzle solver with a genuine passion for cars, and I bring a detail-oriented, persistent approach to every vehicle I work on.
Black Cat is a one-person business, so the technician explaining your estimate is also the technician completing the work. That means direct communication, clear answers and personal accountability from your first request through the finished repair.

How do I request a quote?
Use the free online quote form and provide your vehicle, service concern and location. Your completed quote will be sent by email.
How do I schedule?
After approving your quote, use the Google Calendar link provided by Black Cat to choose an appointment time. Your appointment is confirmed only after payment for any parts supplied by Black Cat Automotive and the first hour of labor is processed. The first-hour labor payment is nonrefundable. Already approved? Choose an appointment time.
Do you bring the parts?
Yes. After quote approval, Black Cat Automotive can source and bring the required parts and materials. Your VIN is required when Black Cat supplies the parts.
Can I supply my own parts?
Customer-supplied parts may be accepted when arranged in advance. Customer-supplied parts do not include a parts warranty.
Is there a mobile service fee?
No. Black Cat Automotive does not charge a separate mobile service fee.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
To confirm your appointment, payment for any parts supplied by Black Cat Automotive and the first hour of labor is required in advance. The first-hour labor payment is nonrefundable. Black Cat Automotive does not charge a separate mobile service fee. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may receive a refund for eligible prepaid parts, except for special-order or nonreturnable parts. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are nonrefundable. If Black Cat Automotive needs to postpone your appointment, you may reschedule or receive a refund without penalty.
What payments are accepted?
Payments are accepted through Square, Cash App, PayPal or cash. Checks are not accepted.
