Information you provide

When you request an estimate or contact Black Cat Automotive, you may provide your name, phone number, vehicle information, VIN, service location, details about the requested service, and any photos you choose to attach.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries by text, prepare estimates, schedule and provide services, process payments, communicate about appointments and maintain business records.

Website and advertising information

This website uses Google Ads measurement and the Meta Pixel to understand website visits and measure advertising effectiveness. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and collect limited technical information such as device type, browser, approximate location, pages visited and advertising interactions. The estimate form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter spam, which may collect limited browser and device information.

Facebook Messenger

If you message Black Cat Automotive’s Facebook Page, your messages, any photos or files you send, and your Facebook name are received through Meta’s Messenger platform and stored in Black Cat Automotive’s business management system. They are used only to reply to you, prepare estimates, schedule service and keep records of your job. Messenger conversations are not used for advertising and are not sold.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers that support estimate preparation, scheduling, payments, website analytics, listings, reviews or advertising, including Google, Meta, Thumbtack, ALLDATA, Square, Cash App and PayPal when applicable. Estimate requests submitted through this website are stored in Black Cat Automotive’s business management system, which is hosted with service providers such as Vercel and Supabase. Black Cat Automotive does not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may contact Black Cat Automotive to ask about personal information you submitted or request a correction. You can also limit cookies through your browser settings and advertising preferences.

Deleting your information

To have your Messenger conversations or other personal information deleted, email service@blackcatautomotive.com or send the Black Cat Automotive Facebook Page a message saying “Delete my data.” Your conversations and contact details will be deleted from the business management system within 30 days, and you will receive a confirmation. Records that must be kept by law, such as invoices and payment records, are kept only as long as required.
